I’m Elle Laureano, a professional hair stylist and makeup artist with a passion for photography, fashion, and visual storytelling. My journey began in a salon after earning my Illinois Cosmetology License, but I quickly realized my true calling was in print, film, and video. That passion led me to work with Aria Agency in Chicago and later Ford New York, where I built a career working with incredible clients in diverse locations.

With perseverance and preparation, I’ve had the privilege of working on executive portraits, lifestyle shoots, high-fashion editorials, and commercial productions, always bringing a keen eye for lighting, color, hair, and skin to every project. My work continues to evolve, and one of my most exciting recent projects was serving as the key hair stylist and makeup artist for The Avett Brothers’ latest video releases, Orion’s Belt and Country Kid.

A few years ago, I made the conscious choice to relocate to Charlotte, seeking a warmer climate and fresh opportunities. After many years with an agency, I now book directly, a shift that has been both refreshing and rewarding. I love being hands-on with every project, collaborating closely with teams to bring creative visions to life.
